Nokia 6 : The First Nokia Android Smartphone Unveiled

So Nokia is back in 2017 with its new android smartphone which is simply called as Nokia 6.It was announced by HMD Global after securing exclusive rights to the Nokia brand.After so many leaks and all, it was expected that the Nokia smartphone will be launching in somewhere around Q2 in 2017.

But on Saturday HMD global announced Nokia 6. It comes with 5.5 Inch full HD Screen with incredible color reproduction wrapped in 2.5D Gorilla Glass. Coming to the hardware it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon™ 430 processor.The Nokia 6 has 4GB RAM and 64GB on-board storage alongside microSD support and it comes with Dolby Atmos.The Nokia 6 packs a 16MP phase detection autofocus rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. The f/2.0 aperture lenses and exclusive camera UI with automatic scene detection make it easy to take great shots every time.

It will run on the latest version of Android Nougat.But it is not made clear it will have its own custom UI or stock Android.

As we go into the past the Finnish company was sold to the Microsoft for 2.4 bn. But in December, Finland-based HMD secured the rights to Nokia brand for 10 years on all phones and tablets.

So establishing the market for Nokia would not be a tough job as Nokia has a good brand name in the past. So in the Asia pacific region Nokia is still a trusted name.So the people who are waiting for the Nokia to come back here it is.But the global available of the Nokia 6 is not yet confirmed.
